Best Lens For Canon 5D Mark 3

[75 Hours] I love this lens, it is well made and works very well, I use it with a Canon 5D mark IV

[Full-Frame] I'm a beginner video director, and photographer, I use the Canon 5D Mark ii with this lens.. It is sharper at 50mm than the 24-105mm the camera comes with... It has awesome bokeh for portraits, and I can't wait to use it in my next music video shoot... Glad I bought it!!!

[Autofocus] This lens plus the Canon 5D Mark IV and the 2.x III extender are a great solution for me. I am not very often in a place where I can carry a heavy tripod and this combo is light enough for me to bring in a backpack either on my bike or hiking. Even without a tripod I am getting great results! I am an amateur photographer and mostly interested in birds so the weight of this lens was what caught my attention. I'm glad I didn't spend the extra money on a heavier lens because I would not be able to carry it around like this one. Perfect, fast auto focus, sharp even with the extender, I'm happy!

[Tan/Beige] Barely fits my Canon 5D Mark four and 24-70 lens . Like it a lot.

[0.085 lb] This is an outstanding lens! I got it for a Canon 5D Mark III and it shoots amazingly clear photos.

[30 x 24.5 x 20"] I’m using this stand with a Canon 5d Mark 4 with a 16mm lens and ring light. The mount is stable and doesn’t lean to one side. It is strong because this camera and ring light weighs approx 6-pounds total. This is my go-to when streaming from my DSLR.

[2.11 lb] I am using this lens with a Canon 5D Mark III. It is fast to focus, beautiful colors and contrast. The construction of the lens is very solid. Lens comes with a nice case and lens hood. I bought the dock, but did not have a need to use it yet. It is a bit large and heavy, but you will have that with a high quality lens. I have attached two photos, one of my 11 month old afghan hound, Bella, camera settings, 1/500 sec., f/8.0, ISO 250. The other is to show the shallow DOF, camera settings, 1/8000 sec., f/1.4,ISO 100. Both photos were centered, cropped and reduced using Lightroom. Minimum sharpening was applied.

[Canon EF] I'm a serious amateur photographer. I use this lens with a Canon 5D Mark 2. I already have the Canon 16-35mm but the 14mm is significantly wider angle. I very much enjoy using this lens and it works flawlessly on a full-frame camera. Only thing I don't like about the lens, and I don't know what you can do about the problem considering the shape of the front of the lens is that you can't use conventional filters. Also, it's a very expensive lens. The build quality seems like other L Canon lenses, which is to say excellent. If the price doesn't scare you off, I'd highly recomment this lens to anyone who is addicted to extreme wide angle photography!
