[EVA/Nylon] It is a good solution for me to use it on my hiking backpack.

[1/4"-20 Male] Small and lightweight, I throw it in the backpack when hiking.

[0.24 lb] This really protects the DG6 camera, attaches anywhere on my backpack for easy access while hiking on the trail

[0.295 lb] I use it so my D850 can be put in a hiking backpack without getting scratched or otherwise damaged. Works very well. The fit is very snug so a camera any bigger definitely wont fit in it.

[Yes] Love this backpack! It is big enough to hold my Sony A7RIVA with my Sigma 24-70 mm lens and have enough room to hold another lens too. The camera bag can be taken out of the backpack if you only want a small camera bag. The backpack has plenty of space for items if you go on a hike with your camera equipment or you can take your camera bag out and use it solely for hiking (or anything else you need a backpack for). The sternum straps and waist belt are comfortable, and I like that it has a whistle built into the sternum strap for security. The back padding is nice and having the option to put up to a 3-liter hydration bladder is great. I am also able to fit my 15-inch laptop into the sleeve where a hydration bladder goes (if I'm not using my hydration bladder). It has a few pockets that are great and completely meets all of my needs to have my camera with me while hiking. Lowepro did a fantastic job of designing this backpack for taking pictures on the go.

[0.15 lb] This fits the camera perfectly, and as great protection, when out hiking and mountain climbing with the camera, it allows me to throw the camera in my backpack and not worry about it getting knocked around a little bit.

[Black] I was one to keep my camera in hand, unsecured, even while walking/hiking. A SLR with dual battery grip with a 100-400mm pro lens is NOT compact or light. Carrying a backpack with multiple lens, filters, flash and other gear made the BlackRapid Backpack strap a perfect solution before I experienced a catastrophic camera accident! The strap attaches easily to both camera and backpack, allowing immediate access for that quick photo. Thanks BlackRapid!

[Yes] I bought this camera backpack a month ago in anticipation of a 3 week adventure in Costa Rica. It was just big enough inside for my Sony @6000 with two lenses, batteries, charger, phone, notebook and a few other essentials - sunscreen, binder with all of our travel info, wallet. The interior padding for the lenses and camera keeps them safe. My tripod was secured on one side, water bottle on the other. the pack was light enough so that hiking through the rainforest was easy. I did not carry a laptop, even though there is space for one; it would have been heavier, and I think that having my laptop with me would make me use it in the evening - time better spent looking at the skies. We often were hiking through rain, and no problem with moisture inside the pack. I love the rugged African look and received a few compliments on how cool it was.

[Zipper] I have been wanting a small, comfortable camera backpack for hiking and bike riding. The compartment is big enough to hold a DSLR/Mirrorless camera, med zoom, and another small lens or two. There is a larger compartment on top for personal item like glasses, snacks, wallet, sunscreen, etc. I rarely take so little equipment when traveling, but if I ever do it will be great to have the laptop compartment. The bag is sturdy, well made, and stylish. The only way it could be improved IMO is if the camera compartment was a bit bigger and the personal compartment a little smaller. (And maybe a restraining strap for waist or chest.) But still, FIVE stars for this great bag.

[0.635 lb] Just got back from a hiking vacation in Utah, and having this connected to my backpack strap was perfect for having my camera at my disposal whenever I needed it, and still have my hands free for hiking sticks or anything else.
