[Ambidextrous] I have owned Logitech trackball mouses since 2000. Most I loved, a few I used but recognized some issues. In general, I consider a thumb based trackball mouse to be the best out there. It uses a thumb which can rotate in any direction and is built for fine motor skills unlike the wrist driven mice. Here's why I like this particular mouse and call it the best I've ever had: 1. Everything is well built and works without issues. The ball itself swivels easily. It's easy to clean. The buttons work. It sticks to the desk and doesn't move 2. Bluetooth is a dream. It connects easily to my Mac and stays connected. It's just rock solid in that way. 3. Battery life is long. I have usually forgotten the last time I replaced the battery by the time I swap in a new pair. I was a bit worried because I wanted to use bluetooth and Logitech warns that bluetooth connections consume more battery than their proprietary connector 4. It's easy to use Mac config to set tracking speed, scrolling speed, and double click speed. Overall, this is the best mouse I've owned.

[USB-A ] I am so grateful to have found the Kensington Trackball. I bought it to replace two Logitech trackballs that I had previously owned (the M570 and the Ergo M575). I had to go online to find the Kensington because all of our local stores only carry Logitech. The Kensington is brilliant. Once you learn how to customize the trackball using Kensington's software, it's easy to find the most comfortable angle for your wrist. The Kensington is solid and heavy, which I like. It stays in place on your desktop. The USB dongle connects the mouse without disruption. And I like the scroll wheel. The Kensington itself is more intuitive to use than you would think, and (hopefully) it will last a long time. It comes with a manufacturer 3-year warranty, which is the longest manufacturer warranty that I have seen on trackball mice of any brand. This mouse is definitely worth the price. I take online classes and write computer programs, so this trackball mouse helps a lot with relieving wrist and forearm pain. It's worth the investment. It takes a few days to get used to it, but once you do, it's doubtful that you will go back to other mice, trackpads, and such.

[2] Love this product! Kensington's Trackball with scroll ring is the BEST. It helped heal my carpal tunnel due to the natural relaxed hand postion, and it's fantastic for the precise work I do. Toss the mouse and upgrade to a comfortable, efficient, smooth-gliding Trackball. (NOTE: unlike a mouse, there is 1 bit of maintenance to keep it going through it's full warranty period - to wipe the sensors clean where the ball sits. Super easy, to do, but FYI for Trackball newbies.) Cheers!

[Scroll Wheel] I tried several mice and trackballs including logitech M570 and the Trackball Marble. This trackball by far is the best for CAD. The ball movement is so precise, fast and smooth. The stroll ring could be better, but it's not so essential to my work. Highly recommended.

[White] My 2nd Orbit Trackball. The first lasted MANY MANY years. Made the mistake of buying a cheaper Logitech trackball, that barely lasted ONE year. I really like the big buttons on the Orbit Trackball, & the velocity response (can move cursor both in very small increments, or sweep across the screen quickly). Because I've had a small computer desk (30 wide) for 35yrs, a trackball is necessary. My extended keyboard & trackball fit nicely. A mouse not only requires MUCH more space, I HATE constantly picking up & relocating a mouse to move around the 21 monitor: a waste of time, distracting & frustrating. I never have to look to find where my trackball is! Plug & play simplicity, & easy to clean.

[1x AA] This is a brilliant mouse and just the BEST at the price. Love Logitech love their products. The mouse is strong and well built, one AA battery needed and it lasts so long. It feels great in the hand especially if you're right-handed. The custom buttons work well and are really useful. Buy this mouse, very impressed with it, well done Logitech.

[0.51 lb] This trackball is great! I enjoy using it daily, and the grip is firm, and the action accurate. It is a great improvement over the older one, that I have had in working condition for over ten years now, as it feels better and looks better, but operates the same. I have always felt that the Logitech trackball was the best pointer experience I have used, in my 23 years of using computers, and this improvement is most welcome. Thanks, Logitech!

[Mac, Windows] I was disappointed to learn that logitech had discontinued the M570 trackball, but the M575 is even better. It has built-in bluetooth or dongle (usb) connectivity.

[1x AA] I had to replace a much older Logitech trackball for my wife's laptop. I have used Logitech trackballs for years because they are easy to connect and comfortable. The new white color fits my wife's desk setup perfectly.

[Mac, Windows] I was looking for a replacement for the Logitech trackball I have been using for years that is no longer available. This was the closest I could find. I love it. I was a bit concerned as some reviewers said that it was too big, I have small hands. It really isn't. I makes me stretch my fingers a bit which helps exercise them and relieves the some of the beginning arthritis pain.
