[15.75" / 40 cm] I would recommend this for anyone who is entry-mid level in the production world. Solo shooters and any set that doesn't have a DIT trying to establish a consistent color pipeline, more on that below. I pair the BM5 and BM7 with my OG Komodo and it works great. Wireless connection is easy and works flawlessly on both BM5 and BM7. The plastic hardshell case is the exact same for both monitors, and the compromise was taking the foam out of the casing, which I don't love... But, I'm not too worried about it. It would be great if PortKeys made some tutorials on how to ensure that the monitor is calibrated, as I'm never 100% confident that my monitor is showing the most accurate rendition of what the sensor is getting... And the calibration tools are pretty confusing. 5 |
