[33.6 kb/s] Having owned an Epson Workforce printer in the distant past, I wasn't sure if this new Epson EcoTank M-3170 Monochrome All-in-One Supertank Printer would live up to the hype. The unpacking was a breeze - organized and compact. The supplied ink bottle, electric cord, printed instructions and video tutorial was readily accessible. The ink tank compartment was easy to locate, and filling it, although a tad messy, did require some gloves for extra handling. Most of the set up felt intuitive - from the visual prompts on the color LCD screen, setting up the Wi-Fi connection and driver installation, to testing out the scanning, copying, and automatic document feeder (ADF) features. Considering the use of this monochrome printer was for both business and personal use, it truly lived up to the high volume of print jobs as purported on the box. The printer had a quick warm up, and was reactive from the start. The printing text was clear, sharp, with no visible dithering or smudges. I found the paper capacity, and two sided printing to be quite useful, especially for drafts. Best of all, the printer aligns with my eco-friendly tendencies of low energy consumption, compact styling, and ergonomic silhouette. Mobile app printing was a breeze as it was highly responsive, although there was some trial and error with the voice activated feature. Considering the monochrome printer comes with a two year warranty, and boats approximately 6,000 print jobs per ink bottle, I can already see my work and personal printing needs fully realized. [17.275 lb] I was looking for a monochrome printer that did not use ink cartridges or toners. The EcoTank uses a bottle of ink and it is simple to fill the tank and then discard the empty bottle. Better yet a replacement bottle is under $20.00. The printer is fast and Epson support service is great.

[LTO-8, LTO-9] We needed an additional monochrome small office printer to efficiently and economical print interoffice materials and some mailables. This is our first Supertank printer, and so far we're amazed at the print quality, speed, ease of tank fill, and the cost of ink refills (haven't purchased yet, though researched in detail prior to purchase). This printer doesn't have a bevy of fluffy features, but offers all the essentials at a great price. Purchase and shipping was stellar from B&H as has always for our team. Based on our experience thus far, would order another in a heartbeat.

[1x Black] I absolutely love the Epson EcoTank M1170 Monochrome Supertank printer. If you have high volume printing then you will love this printer with cartridge free design. You can also print from mobile devices and anywhere in the office. It is also easy to connect to printer with WiFi and direct with Ethernet. This printer can print 8-1/2" to 11" photos and can print 20 pages per minute. The Epson printer can also print on both sides. The Ecofit ink bottle will last a very long time and can print on over 6000 sheets of paper. It can fit on any desk and warms up quickly. [3.9 lb] Great printer! I bought this to replace an older HP 1100 series monochrome laser jet printer which was also a great printer. I have an HP laptop and an HP desk top as well as an HP MFP M281 cdw color printer. I am very well satisfied with all of these products. Some of them are quite old but all have given me long term reliable, trouble free service and I expect no less from my new HP LaserJet PRO M15w Printer

[1x Black] This Eco Tank ET-M1170 Monochrome Super Tank Printer is small in size and can be used in your office or your home business. It was quite easy to follow the directions to set up in which I put it on my laptop and cellphone. It holds 250 sheets of paper, fast printing & long lasting ink. I simply love the simplicity of everything about this printer. The Eco Tank Printer is very modern and can fit in with any decor. I'm very happy because overall it was very easy to set-up and use out of all the printers I've had. [19 x 18 x 16"] This is a great little printer. It only does one thing and it does that very very well. Monochrome printer. It's fast, prints on one or both sides, allows for draft printing to save toner. It's easy to set up and it will connect to wifi with ease. Couldn't ask for more.
