[Bowens S] I was blown away by just how phenomenal their customer service was, I had purchased a motorized camera slider from them. They sent it to me quicker than I had expected, then when I noticed on the instructions it said there were a cord or 2 that was sold separately, I contacted them about purchasing, they said no problem they would be in the mail in a few days. Once again I was willing to make the purchase, they instead over delivering again. Honestly they should just be put in charge of every customer service experience at every company on the earth!

[100 mm Bowl] Love it, works great in a kessler K-pod, use it to mount the Edelkrone motorized slider.

[9.8 lb] I just recently purchased a motorized slider (with these arms), and it provides great stability on my carbon fiber Neewer tripod (which is a lot smaller than my larger/heavy duty Ravelli tripod).

[0.98" (2.5 cm)] You know the feeling when you've researched competing products for weeks and you end up in a daze not feeling confident about which one to choose? This was me researching sliders. I finally pulled the trigger on Syrp, which surprisingly doesn't get as much coverage as other products on YT. The Magic Carpet slider, even without the motorized components, is beautiful, weighty, smooth and I can buy extensions later as the need arises. I have the 3-axis motorized modules but most of the time I'm using the slider manually with a fluid head and flywheel activated (the flywheel being hidden underneath is an example of the sleek design). There's no sag when the slider is on tripod legs and I slide a fully rigged camera from end-to-end. Great weight capacity for my needs. Showing up to a shoot with this slider, you feel like a million Hollywood bucks.

[16.9 oz / 480 g] So I'm a member of the Longview Film Club, we make short films. Kinda like a community theater with a camera. LOL. We added pretty much the whole EdelKrone ecosystem to our toolkit this year. We replaced our Konova motorized slider with this one. The EdelKrone is so much better. It is perfectly smooth. The software's ramp up and ramp down ensures the there is never a jerk at the beginning or end of the slider's motion. It is also nearly silent. Not perfectly so, but nearly and very importantly, the frequency is much lower that other sliders. That means that the little noise there is, gets lost in dialog background easily, with no filtering. If you shoot from several feet away, you should have zero noise coming through from you boom mic. Just don't point the shotgun mic in the direction of the motor. If you use lapel mics (we do both simultaneously) it is never picked up. We tend to use the slider directly behind an actor on OTS shots. Even that close is dealt with effectively using the above approach. Any motorized slider will likely have a bit of noise to it, just some small rearrangement of mics drops that to zero. Before the Slide Module my choice was manual to silent, or having to filter it out in post. With the EdleKrone slider and motor module, you can shoot without fear of the noise! One last comment on repeatability. We absolutely love how we can film two shots and they come out exactly the same. Its a boon to VFX attempts. Makes CGI / VFX shots that combine real footage with digitally generated footage substantially easier! Short version .. best slider / motor I've seen yet.

[Black / Gray] I've used a ton of motorized sliders from Edelkrone, Rhino Camera Gear, Konova and others and honestly for the price this is the best one and it's very hard to beat! I love the modularity of this slider, you can go from small, medium to large in a matter of seconds by adding additional tracks. This doesn't use those horrendous belts like Edelkrone which always wear out and don't provide stable movement. I love that this slider is one of the very few that allows you to do elevator shots, you'll need to get a counterweight to help the motor but it's worth it and gives you a very cinematic shot that you can't do with others. The app is probably the weakest point, the good thing is they are constantly updating it and fixing all of the bugs, It's not perfect, but it gets the job done quickly, efficiently and it's very portable too! Overall i'm very happy with it and my only recommendation is to buy the L Plate to give you double the weight, it's worth it and only cost about $50.00. They should have just included it in this bundle. The only major problem I see is if you're using an Android phone as of writing this there is no support. This only works with iPhone, not an issue for me because I use both but if you don't have an iPhone you can't use it.

[Class 1] Being someone who makes travel videos, I always have trouble of not being able to get moving shots of myself in which this motorized slider would solve this problem entirely! I could set it up with my aircross 2 gimbal to get super steady moving shots without needing a second camera operator to take the shot for me! As for the product itself, it has a very sturdy feel and as it comes along with a bag, it is perfect to bring along while traveling. I like that everything can be controlled through their app as well so everything is simply convenient.

[Aluminum] I returned a similar Neewer motorized 31.5-inch slider for the Konova and I can tell you it's like night and day in comparison. Very smooth side to side, Parralex is smooth as long as your ing the 45 to 60 seconds per slide for interviews, below 30 seconds can be jittery at times. The motor you can't evening hear. The app downloads easily, the Bluetooth every time and the app is easy to use. You will be hard-pressed to find a better budget slider at this price.

[9.905 lb] Have been using this slider for my work for a while now and I am happy to report that this motorized slider is wonderful and made my job so easy with the Bluetooth remote control. Been using this tool on a daily basis and its quality is top of the line product and I will recommended to anyone who needs one of these.

[Yes] So far I'm in love with this slider! I have been looking for a reasonably priced motorized one for a while and came across this one on B&H for the price I pulled the trigger and now, I couldn't be happier! this has definitely gotten me those shots i've been longing for, for my B-Roll on youtube. for mounting it had 1/4-20 or 5/8th I found some Quick release AndiCine 1/4-20 mounts and ordered a couple extra Impact light stands for a quick setup and break down
