Best Office Color Laser Printer

[United States] We purchased this printer for a small office for the replacement for our jet because we wanted to get into the laser color for our promo products and other documents. It works great. Don’t have any problems with it great use of the toner, especially in the regular print mode whichever one should be printing in. I’m glad I purchased it.

[Laser] We purchased the laser printer about two months ago and so far we are very happy with it in our busy real estate office. The scan feature is lightning fast and the print quality is very good. We haven't had it long enough to determine its toner cost effectiveness, but so far, so good!

[14.5 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had a laser printer (color and black/white), but this Canon laser printer is the office buddy I never knew I needed! I have a small business so I need to print quite a few shipping labels, so the black/white is perfect for me. I’m also very impressed at how quickly it prints them out! I blink, and it’s like the paper goes in, and boom, it’s out, all done! The toner is very easy to change, very straightforward and the instructions very clear. I haven’t been able to set up the WiFi because I don’t have a CD reader to install the software, but I have it connected to my PC, which is not a problem because this laser printer is so compact, it fits anywhere and I just close both trays when I’m not using it. I love how fast, reliable and quiet this printer is. Even if you don’t print a lot of documents, I think being able to print anything as fast as it does, is a great feature, a must have, if you have a home office or for school.

[Color] This is an excellent Laser Printer for the Home Office and small business. It has easy load paper tray, easy to get to ink toner cartridge, and I really like the flat bed scanner and copier for quick work for copies or scan to pdf. It can be hooked up to ethernet on home network or usb direct to computer. Great size and doesn't take up a lot of space.
