Best Outdoor Wireless Security Camera System With Poe

[20 to 30 dBm] I needed to connect an outdoor wireless security camera to Wifi but the signal on the main router wasn't strong enough to penetrate a thick masonry wall. The TP-link solved this problem. I set it up inside at the wall needing signal penetration but in line with the router. It worked perfectly - having a booster closer to the camera did the trick.

[Yes] i needed up update our wifi for both speed and security. whether with an AC plug or POE, these wireless systems just work great. but then i expect that from netgear.

[0.955 lb] We found the cable from the outdoor wireless antennas at Church had no surge suppression --an absolute must in the case of a lightning strike as the ground on a POE injector only protects the AC side of POE injector. These are a low-cost way of protecting the equipment inside the building.

It was very esatly to install, just hooked up the network from my 4 port router to port 8 of the switch, and attached my 4 cameras to the 4 ports that supply PoE and off I went!! It has a total of 8 ports, however 1 port must be used to supply the network to the unit, then there are 4 with PoE capability and that leaves 3 regular ethernet ports. Nice switch for the price. So far I havent found any fault with this item.

[Yes] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite some time now I have research security cameras and since there so many on the market I was looking for a camera with easy set up and some type of technical support and it would be an additional bonus if it was cost efficient.
