[1.59 lb] There are headphones designed for audiophiles, for home / studio use, and there are headphones designed for monitoring. The DJH-2500 is ideal for monitoring. The Polsen DJH-2500 Headphones were designed to have the mid range more accentuated on purpose, giving you more ease of listening in what you are hearing / mixing / creating in a live wedding reception, noisy streets, music fests, or similar situations where there’s too much noise and loud music. I’m not a DJ, but my needs are identically similar. I’m a filmmaker / videographer including weddings ,corporate video and dance recitals. So, I use the Polsen DJH-2500 in my camera’s headphone jack. The DJH-2500 allows me to listen to critical audio without having to up the volume all the way because of the accented mid range and the way the ear cups help block sound. The ear cups are comfortable enough for a whole day of use at a venue. If you are the type of listener who likes “Mega Bass” or excessive bass, this is not the headphone for that and you’re going to pay a lot more for it . And for the uneducated listener, too much bass is not ideal either, as it overpowers the mid and high frequencies, especially when using it for monitoring. To my taste, however, I wish the DJH-2500 had a bit more highs though…I like more treble. Other than that, it’s a very useful and a nice pair of headphones. I also like the dual input feature which is nice. If needed, you can hear two input sources at the same time, one source on each ear. Again, for DJs, musicians and videographer, we use that feature. For headphone hygiene, don’t forget to check out this item: it’s a MUST! I use it on every headphone I own: Auray Disposable Over-Ear Headphone Covers (50 Pairs, Black or white). https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1585973-REG [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review].

[7.5 x 2 x 0.1"] Over the years I have gone through many headphones almost all of which broke. The head band broke or one of the ear pieces broke off. These are extremely well made and virtually unbreakable. More importantly, it has superb sound able to pick up from the lowest frequency to the highest! The sound is very rich, full and clear. Love them!

[USB-C] I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome.

[0.8 lb / 0.4 kg] Over the ear headphones reduce ambient noise. Sound quality is very good for mono headphones.

[2.5 Hours] I personally don’t get on with in-ear headphones. Over-ear seem too cumbersome as I use mine mainly on dog walks and need to carry them in my pocket sometimes. The Major IV seem to offer the best of both worlds. They are on-ear, yet deliver a really good sound. The design is simple and different to most other headphones available. The battery life is astonishing. I’ve had mine for two weeks now and still haven’t needed to charge them. Really, really pleased with them.

[36 Ohms] I recently got my hands on the AKG K371 Over-Ear Oval Closed-Back Studio Headphones and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is outstanding, rivaling my higher-priced Sennheiser headphones. The AKG K371 delivers clear, balanced audio, making it an excellent choice for both casual listening and studio work. The design of the headphones is another highlight. With a sleek and smooth aesthetic, they not only provide comfort for extended listening sessions but also add a touch of style. The build quality feels robust, ensuring these headphones can withstand the rigors of daily use. However, it's worth noting that the AKG K371 headphones do not offer significant sound isolation from external noise. While this may not be a deal-breaker for everyone, it's an important consideration if you're planning to use them in noisy environments.

[Gold] The Polsen DJH-2500 are great headphones and their competitive price point only sweetens the deal. I used these for DJ'ing at a small house party and they were everything I needed. The dual inputs feature is clutch for simultaneous monitoring. I like the bass response and the 10' cable kept me feeling free. These provide strong sound without spending big bucks. [Open-Ear] Ear pods always fall out of my ears and over or around ear headphones are heavy and uncomfortable after a while. So I was looking for something different and found these! OMG…they sound fantastic and I don’t even realize that I’m wearing them. I’m sold for life!
