Bought 2 of these cables with the intent to chop in half and solder the DIN connector of an Ultrasync One stock cable to make a direct timecode cable for Sony FX-3/30 cameras. With a little continuity test, solder, and heat shrink it works perfectly. These micro USB Multi connectors are longer with more pins than regular micro USB. Internal wires: Red=3.5mm Tip=Timecode, Yellow and Black=3.5mm Ring and Sleeve=Ground. Use this info as you like!

[6.6' / 2 m] This cable has given new life to my workflow with some of my older hard drives. I have a lot of external hard drives that are older and use Micro-B ports to connect. This has been a pain in the neck to connect to my laptop that only has USB-C ports or to my desktop USB-C hub. This cable makes it so easy and gives great transfer speeds. It worked flawlessly right out of the package. Plugged one end to my hard drive and the other to my PC's Xcellon USB-C hub and the drive was recognized and worked immediately. It is so much easier and convenient having this cable. It is my go-to cable now for any peripheral that uses a USB Micro-B connection. I also love the flexibility that it works with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 ports, that's nice. The build quality is also very good. This is a well-constructed cable that feels high quality. [No, ] High quality, easy setup It's a simple little thing to set up, physically. It's powered by a micro USB port and comes with an adapter and cable, so it's really easy to get power to it. I've even been able to use a usb battery pack for it. The base is magnetic! And it comes with a steel plate you can attach to any surface to give it a good mounting point, or you can stick it to your refrigerator, file cabinet, etc. Besides the easy installation, I like the super wide angle lens. It covers my entire livingroom pretty well. I also like the picture quality, even in low light. The app is easy to use and does a great job marking activity for easy playback. It uses a micro SD card for onboard memory, so you don't have to sign up for a service to be able to scan your history. Of course, it does require an app and a Lorex login. I'm getting a bit fatigued by having so many different logins for so many different devices. Overall, this is a solid device, does what it's supposed to do, and doesn't need a paid account to access your stuff.

[Micro-USB-B] Micro USB cords are common everywhere. Glad to have this gizmo which functions just as well as my OEM adapter but the fit is more firm, secure. Very useful bc a lot of my devices take micro USB which I always have on me. Always great to have options. Plus OEM and some Lightning charge cords aren't durable. Inexpensive (3 pack price is great) to have these adapters on my micro cords or in bag. Naturally paranoid and cautious, I have yet to try data sync with it.
