How a business responds to customer issues is really important. They made me a believer in their business. I will continue to purchase from them because they stand behind their products. [Lithium-Ion] So far I am loving this sogen. Runs my microwave, and air fryer with no problems. Vacuum cleaner with full power. Tv,router, Roku, washing machine, all without a problem. Tomorrow will hookup pv 400 watts and see how that goes, but so far I am pleased.
