Best Rated Wired Headphones

[Piano Black] These are full range in a beautiful finish for $. They are rated at 6 ohms.I have these bi wired to a Yamaha S801 amp using pure direct and set for low impedance and they play vinyl perfectly.Might add a matching subwoofer.

[15 Hz to 28 kHz] Compared to my previously well rated Sony headphones these are the bomb! Sound is much more calibrated to how things sound in home stereos and car radios! A well priced option for head phone mixing applications and anyone looking for accurate and great sound phones! The ear pads could be a tad softer?

[0.055 lb] I do transcription work and these are the best headphones for hearing people's voices. I read an article a few years ago that rated these headphones as #1 and I wasn't steered wrong. This is my third pair and they are just great.

[Yes] I got those headphones for meeting conferencing over zoom. I also have the Wireless version of HD800. This wired version works very well for me.

[1/8" / 3.5 mm] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent headphones. However a wired version would be good to have. No over the ear wired headsets unless is for gaming are available.

[Stereo] I was looking for a reasonably priced light weight set of wired headphones with a mic attached and this is the one I had choosen. What's great about this headset is the noise cancelling mic feature that is important when I'm on a Zoom or MS teams meeting. Sometimes my office can get noisy or if I am at a coffee shop where there are many things going on that could be picked up by the microphone. At least I can have a decent conversation without having to worry about too much noise around me plus the sound quality of the on-ear headphone are comfortable and press gently against my head. I haven't worn it for more than 2 hours yet but probably would be comfortable enough if I needed to one day.

[Rigid Plastic] Although pricey, these headphones exude quality. They work seamlessly with the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, MacBook, and iPad), and sound great streaming Apple's lossless music files in iTunes or Apple Music. Make no mistake, these do not have the sound quality of high end wired cans, but if you want to lose the wires and have mobility they are very good as plenty of musical nuances can be detected that you won't hear in other bluetooth, and lower end wired headphones. The stereo separation is excellent. Of course, there are some negatives. The high quality construction makes for a heavy set of cans, Apple, stupidly did not include a charger, and the included case is laughable. Some reviewers have complained of problems with condensation and clamping pressure on the ears. Personally, I have listened to these for hours at a time and have not experienced these problems.
