[1.49 lb] A great pair of LED Lights that use the Sony batteries or Dracast Batteries or even other GVM batteries. They don't last too long. I think I had them on for 30 minutes on brightest level during a film shoot but they get the job done IF you have plenty of batteries. I love the various light effects that are built in from the police lights to stobe effect to paparazzi to thunder storm.

[LED] Nice light and very bright. Like the fact of rechargeable batteries. Purchased 2 lights and 2 extras batteries. I have several coast lights and they keep getting better. I recommend these lights to people constantly.

[4x AAA] I love Eneloop rechargeable batteries, because they seem to last forever and they never damage the devices in which I use them, even if they have gone dead, as often happens with spent alkaline batteries. They also hold a charge longer than even the most powerful alkaline batteries. I use them in every device that I own which is designed to use flashlight batteries, including flash guns, LED flood lights, flash lights, head lamps, image stabilized binoculars, mice, keyboards, portable telephones, and cameras.

The only way to go! Rechargeable. Why use batteries that need to be disposed of?

[1.385 lb] I have been using 4 of these batteries to power my LED lights during events, they have been workhorse for the number of times I have charged and recharged them. I have noticed that these don't charge well when you use a lower wattage USB-c ports, what I use is the 65W GaN USB-c charger to charge these battery blocks. I know people have said that they have had bad experience with these batteries but I find these to be amazing for the amount of time I have put these to use. Currently using them to power following LED lights ( Fiilex P3 LED / Lupo 700 / Zhiyun P100c) For Fiilex please use their proprietary dtap to male pin ... for Lupo you can use USB-a to USB-C ... for Zhiyun USC-c to USB-c ... this battery supports all these connectors which is amazing to have.

[0.165 lb] I use these batteries and charger for my Yongnuo LED lights. I use low power generally and can get like 5 hours of charge out of the batteries.
