So I got this...I use it to connect my MIDI keyboard and drumpad, as well as my iLok and external harddrive with all my sound libraries to my Mac....So basically it only gets used during music-production related tasks...just one plug and everything is connected... [9.5 lb] I am just getting into MIDI. I'd heard great things about the Nektar MIDI controllers and I was particularly interested because they come with specific setup protocols for individual DAWS. I'm a reaper user and the Impact L25+ mated perfectly with it. Great value and a lot of capabilities for 99 bucks. 5 |

[Black] First, I have long admired Midi Controllers, Keyboards, Effects, and everything associated with digital music creation. There are several reviews out there by amazing creators with more detailed information, but after watching all of them, then pulling the trigger on this one, it was worth it. The build quality is nice, the feel of the pads is premium, and adjustments are quickly made. Plug and play, for the most part, depending on the DAV or website software you use. If you are looking for a little larger keyboard/Midi controller, this one should be at the top of your list, and it's only $60 more (at the time of writing this) than the AKAI MPK Mini, so what's stopping you? 5 |
