I finally came across reviews for the Netgear Powerline 2000+ and figured I would try them out. I plugged the adapter into our power outlet next to the router and plugged the other one on the other side of the house. I pay for 100 mb and average about 98.3 to 98.5 next to the router. Testing the Netgear Powerline 2000+ I get around 97 to 97.3 from it. Since the speed was so good, I put the adapter in a bedroom next to our garage and turned my old router into an AP and now have 70% signal strength in the garage and backyard. Great product for the price, as I saved $60 over the "high end" extender

[Yes] I replaced my old Netgear router and extenders with the Asus GT-AXE16000 and the difference is like night and day. The WiFi signal is solid and the AIMesh partnered with the Asus Zen WiFi XT9 is an unbelievable feature. I'm able to take WiFi all the way to the other side of our house's second floor and it is still a solid connection. The number of options under the web GUI for administrations is amazing. This is a great choice when it comes to any home network. Thank you.
