[0.04 lb] The product itself works pretty well. The video looks smooth, which is not easy if you have to chase a three year old for a video. Unfortunately, the battery wouldn't fully charge. So BH Photo provided a replacement battery (initially thought it's the battery issue). The replacement batter still wouldn't fully charge, which is when I realized something might be wrong with the charger. To my surprise, BH Photo asked me to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue, even it's still within the 30 days window for exchange or refund. I had to choose to return. A bit disappointed by BH's customer service in the last interaction.

[Zipper] Received the bags from BH Photo Video with timely and great service.� (Unfortunate for me, free shipping does not apply to Alaska.) I was looking for bags that would hold 4 - 1 meter light bars but these will do.� Do wish maybe there was side pockets for stuff like the power cords and accessories.� But storing and travel for the light bars the bags seem to work well.� Haven't had long enough yet to see how well the zippers will last.� So far quite happy with the purchase.

WE bought a floor model TV, an LG QNED TV and the only thing it didn't come with a remote. My son found BH Photo Video while searching online. After searching many other websites we decided to go with BH Photo Video since the description was exactly like our TV. Once we received the remote, and inserted the batteries the remote started working instantly with our TV. I can't thank you all enough. I would definitely recommend them.
