Big Rechargeable Battery Charger

[8.65 x 4.4 x 1"] I'm a big fan of rechargeable batteries. Saves a ton of money in the long run. This charger and battery combo is perfect. I love the big LCD display. It lets you know the status of the battery and charging levels which is very helpful. I've had other chargers in the past that would just blink, or give a red/green light. Having a descriptive display is so much better, as you can gauge how much power is left or how much more needs to charge for the batteries to be ready. This is vital. It can also discharge the battery to refresh them. This is also a very handy feature to extend the life of the rechargeable batteries. It will not only charge AA but AAA batteries and I plan to get some AAA's to partner with the AA's that came with this. The batteries themselves work great and last a long time. [Bus Power] The quality is pretty decent for the price, having a built in rechargeable battery is a plus. The capsule is a little too big for my taste, but for the price you can't ask for more. Smallrig makes good stuff.

[5 x 4.7 x 1.2"] I'm only reviewing this to give everyone a heads up on why you should only buy this Battery from Panasonic. The LX10 does not include an external Battery Charger, you have to charge the battery while it's in the camera which #1 is a pain and #2, is not a convenient way to have a spare battery. Big Mike's Sells a Battery Charger Kit. I bought the Big Mike's Battery Charger Kit for this particular battery. It comes with the Charger and 1 or 2 (depending on which kit you buy) NON Panasonic Brand Batteries. The Charger is fine and works perfectly and charges the Battery fast but be aware of the Batteries they supply for the LX 10, they are slighly oversized and can get stuck in the camera making them very difficult to remove. When I first tried to insert the battery I could feel how tight it was and decided not to take any chances and discarded the battery to a recycling center. I bought this Battery that Panasonic makes and won't have to worry about any problems. I know they cost more than the knock off batteries but I'm not going to damage my LX10 to save a few bucks.

[LED] Typical for Pelican this light is extremely well made and Bright. I already own several other rechargeable units so I switched to a Rechargeable Pelican Battery as soon as I opened it (Through the two included Duracell 123 in my bag).
