Blackmagic Hd Video Camera

[1x BNC Male] Used this to run HD SDI video from my camera tripod to a BlackMagic SDI to Thunderbolt converter for recording on a Mac with OBS. This lets us position the camera pretty much anywhere in our space with length to spare.

[SDI] This Blackmagic Design Multiview 4 HD was the perfect addition to our multi-camera shoot. Though we were not switching in the field, it allowed our director to direct the iso record cameras during a live concert performance, making post production easier.

[Nickel] I bought it to see if I could get some fair in camera audio for my Blackmagic Cinema Camera 2.5K using a Tascam DR-100MKII as a microphone for some interviews. I'm really tired of capturing audio with an external audio recorder, then finding the audio clip, synchronizing with video and repeating the process in post. I wanted to try to get in camera audio even if that means to deal with some messy cables from my camera. So this Hosa Technology REAN 3.5mm TRS to Dual 1/4 TS Pro Cable was the best solution I could find. In camera audio quality was fair if you place the Tascam about 3 feet away from the talent, I'm pretty sure an audio technician can get even better results as I'm more about video. In post you can enhance what you captured eliminating the white noise. You can also use the cable to attach it to wireless audio receiver it works ways better with a Lavalier system.

[Digital] I've used a 720P HD Flip Video camera for many years and have been quite satisfied with the performance. I use the camera to record repairs to homes and golf carts for the owners of rental homes in my program as well as capturing videos of our travels. This camera puts the Flip to shame for several reasons. The video quality is quite a step up and the ease of download and handling of the videos is so much easier it's ridiculous. The wide angle view captures the entire scene and the huge reduction in panning helps to keep continuity in the intended video.I would like to see a far more instructive manual for it's use. @

[0.4 lb] It was difficult for me filming with my Blackmagic P4K camera outdoors , until I bought the Ocean video glareguard. I can now see the LCD screen brightly and get the right focus

[1x BNC] Ran cable from a video camera to a projector. Converted the projector end to HDMI via Blackmagic Design SDI to HDMI 6G Mini Converter. The cable is a little stiff, but I kind of expected this for a good quality SDI cable. Video quality was excellent.

[90°] I bought this product to mount a Blackmagic Designs Video Assist on our camera. It would well and is super stable.
