[0.35 lb] Converting color digital captures just does not lend itself to thinking in B&W while shooting. With the #12 minus blue filter, I can shoot as I used to do with film. Using SilverEfex or Exposure, I then convert the color digital capture directly into a B&W photo.

[0.38 lb] I replaced the Blue Western Digital disk (WD10JPCX) in a Lenovo 310 notebook with the Black Western Digital disk (WD10JPLX).  Both are 1 Terabytes but the Black is 7200 rpm with 32 GB cache while the Blue is 5400 rpm with 16 GB cache.  The Blue failed after 2 years of use; not sure why. The Black is rated as a better disk and so far no problems.

[CRI 95] If you got stuck with some cheap versions of these cause you bought one of those digital juice blue bag led sets (the leds die in it too) you will really appreciate how well these are made. Also if you just need to mount a light on a stand and need that swivel, you gotta get these, they are expensive, but worth the price.

[Aluminum] Bringing out some details hidden in digital photos sometimes ruins the sky. This filter helps make your blue skies really blue. Out here in the West, at altitude, the sky can be a spectacular cobalt blue. To keep as much of that color as possible and make the clouds pop, especially when you just lightly alter a photo, use this filter.
