[Yes] My internet router is two floors up and on the other side of the house...thick plaster walls, etc, etc. it literally took less than five minutes to boost my internet speed to hard wired speeds. Amazingly easy...wish I could give this ten stars!

[120 VAC, 60 Hz] The router is perfect for me to connect to the internet without the lease of a router from Xfinity. Having my own router saves me money. This is the best router to have.

[1.9 lb] With a basement router location I couldn't get internet in the living room or on the back porch, both of which are on slabs. Set-up was straightforward and finding a suitable location was a bit like Goldilocks but only took an extra few minutes. This extender now lets us enjoy internet and tv viewing in places we would like to spend more time. The only fault I have is the size and brightness of the lights, which assists set up hughly makes the extender a bit too obvious unless the selected remote electrical outlet is readily accessible and otherwise easily obscured.

[1 Gb/s] I needed internet access in an old building next to my house. It is too far away from my house to be supported by my wireless router. However, it does share electrical wiring with my house. Running new Cat5 cables was not a good solutions for a variety of reasons so I decided to try TP-Link's AV100 Gigabit Powerline Starter kit. The setup was very easy, basically plug and play. The price was very affordable. While not as fast as a direct connection, it still meets my needs.
