It replaces lost devices & works with all brands, as well as Roku TV. The antimicrobial properties are built in to protect the remote (not users) against bacteria, viruses, and germs.

[Optical] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need an ergo keyboard that works very well and can do IR and Bluetooth. This combo has it all covered without the high price that makes my wife justifiably ask me what is wrong with me spending buttloads of money on a keyboard and mouse.

[20 Hz - 20kHz] I use the Aluratek ABC02F Universal Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter connected to the Optical Audio output on my Sony TV. It pairs with a set of Sony Bluetooth earbuds to provide a separate channel for audio for my aging ears while the TV's audio continues to function independently for the rest of the family. The optical connection to the TV was simple and the ABC02F paired quickly and easily to the Sony Earbuds. The ABC02F is plugged into a USB port on the TV and is always on so the earbuds are reconnected within the time it takes to remove them from their charger/case and insert them into the ear.

[0.085 lb] I wanted an IR remote for my Sony A7r3.� I have had unpleasant experiences using the wired remote... the connection to the camera is too fragile and if I am in a creek bed it is always a challenge to keep the remote out of the water.� The Vello is easily clipped to a neck lanyard and also comes with a miniature carabiner. Perfect for my needs and very inexpensive.� (Note, you have to get into the Sony menus to turn on the option for using the IR remote).

High ease of use (providing you realize the remote communicates with the light via what appears to be IR signals, not bluetooth or WiFi.) Frustrating at first till I understood the IR linkage at which point this light became great, 5 stars ready.
