[Khaki Tan/Beige] I stumbled across this item when I received my RRS L-Bracket. I was wondering what the hole in the bracket was for so I reviewed the specifications for the L-Bracket. I searched for QD on the RRS page and discovered the coolest mounting system I have ever seen. Peak Design comes close, but this QD mounting system doesn't leave unwanted hardware on your camera. The trade-off is you need an RRS bracket or equivalent for it to work where the PD can be secured on the camera strap mounts without additional hardware. I have tremendous trust that this mount will not fail as long as it is properly connected. RRS gear is not cheap and not inexpensive, but the saying buy once, cry once is particularly true with this item. I have no regrets buying this, and I think it is well worth the price.

[5.4 oz (153 g)] Good sturdy mounting bracket. Being made of plastic I was concerned, but upon receiving it, I was happy to see how sturdy it was.

[0.385 lb] Works great for mounting remote antennas for wireless microphone systems.

[Download] Very sturdy, firm hold, stable mounting, that is what you want in a microphone arm and this does just that.

[Black] While I am pleased with the build quality and mounting options, I typically keep the bluetooth/wireless microphone receiver module on the the bottom of the Osmo. (This is mostly due to it being such a nuisance to remove.). So I will likely modify the case to allow for the extra length. If they had made a version that worked with the module in place I would have purchased that.
