Bluetooth Music Transmitter For 3.5Mm Headphone Jacks

[4.08 lb] The HAUC Active Stereo Headphone Control Box by Whirlwind fits the bill perfectly for studio headphone control. Easily mounted under the desk, it is a solid piece of gear. In my studio, I have several headphone locations branching off a multi-headphone amp. Using the HAUC, i am able to give each user a choice of 3.5 mm and 1/4 jacks, and full volume control. Installation was a breeze with four screws. At my news-talk table, I have daisy-chained three thanks to the dual jacks in the back, and each still has its own volume control. Well worth the money and highly-recommended.

[USB Type-C] This thing is microscopic. I bought another USB-C dongle with separate mic and headphone jacks. It is bulkier and definitely has limited frequency response though the headphone jack. This, on the other hand, is as small as it could possibly be, and produces flawless audio with no hiss. That's impressive, given that this obviously isn't an exotic digital-to-analog chip set, and the device is so inexpensive.

[512 (DMX)] I ordered this because of the single cable design with the mic in and headphone out jacks mounted in a small block on one end. Other products feature a split at the plug end into dual cables, which to me seems more frangible and less wieldy. I'm very satisfied with the performance of this adapter.

[Gold] My PC has separate headphone/microphone jacks. I use this cable in combination with my cell phone headset for VOIP calls.

[18 W] Had a great setup with my Focusrite Scarlett but needed extra headphone jacks so multiple people could get sound. This was a good solution. Need to make sure you have balanced cables for everyone to hear with both ears though... :)

[0.195 lb] This unit is just the right size and has phono jacks so no RCA adpater needed. The sliders easy to see and operate particularly for a quick change of audio source. I bought this so I won't have keep swapping the mini phono plug on the jacks of my powered computer speakers. I have computer audio, mobile phone, and radio running through it. Now I can quickly turn down my music or radio to take a meeting on the work computer. Also I can hear audio alerts from the computer as well as music/radio. I have the mixer to instantaneously get the volume right from each source so I'm not tweaking software volume controls. I wanted a passive device to keep my desk simple and need batteries or inject hum from another AC/DC converter. Yes it will drop signal level into low impedance loads like headphones. All passive mixers will. The review who gave it 2 stars for that reason just bought the wrong thing. If you want to drive low impedance loads you need a low impedance source: powered mixer or those big low resistance attenuators for old school built in speaker systems. Also cool manual even includes a schematic.
