Bluetooth Printer Adapter For Usb Printers

[Dye Sublimation] Everything you should love about this printer you will. It prints fast, reliable, and wont let you down. This is my second one of these, and I use them for my FOTObooth rentals. The other one is almost 2 years old now, and hasnt failed once. Each roll of 4x6 paper will give you 500 prints! The only thing I dont like these printers is, when you unplug it and plug it back in (USB), which I do because my FOTObooth rentals are mobile, it will re-install a new printer every time. This is usually caused by the printers serial number not being stored when initially installed, but HiTi will need to address this with a firmware update. I have the current firmware on both of my P525L printers, and they both do the same thing, on two different computers, with two different operating systems. One is Windows 7 Pro, one is Windows 10 Pro. Kind of annoying because when I get on location, I have to go into Printers to find out which one is active, go and set my FOTObooth software to use that one, and continue. It will sometimes also install another copy if I shut down and reboot the computer. I would highly recommend this printer for event photography, or photo booths. Its great. The wireless option.....dont count on having that work. You have to buy a separate USB dongle, that isnt HiTi brand, and there is no documentation on how to make it work wirelessly. The videos on their website just show it working, but not how to make it work. I bought the exact USB dongle they recommended, but they have no support for how to make it work.

[USB-A ] Bluetooth pairs well with Windows or Linux on my laptop, and the USB adapter provides reliable fallback. The mouse fits my large hands, feels solid, and responds smoothly.

[2.3 lb / 1.1 kg] My significant other works from home and needed to replace her Polycom Voxbox, which has been malfunctioning when its warranty ended. Replaced it with the Jabra Speak 750. Even though the Speak 750 supports wired USB and Bluetooth, I used the USB adapter that came with 750 in order to establish full Teams control from the Speak 750. It has worked flawlessly with her Windows 10 Pro HP laptop. Note that I tried using Windows Bluetooth, but it did not have the range of Teams controls that the adapter provides. Plus, noise cancelling works fine, where even noise from the dish washer does not interrupt the call. The Speak 750 supports up to 10 Bluetooth-paired devices with 2 active simultaneously. In using the USB adapter, the iPhone that is paired with the 750 does not interrupt any Teams meetings if the iPhone receives a message or phone call. Finally, Jabra technical support was excellent. Had an issue with audio feedback, and after 10 minutes of wait, I was able to talk to a live, knowledgeable person and resolved the issue. Highly recommend the Speak 750!

[3.3' / 1 m] No knock on the product, but I had hoped it would connect my USB -B ported laser printer to the USB-C port on my notebook. It's an older printer and the port is USB 2.0 standard. The description for this cable said USB 2.0 so I hoped Windows would recognize the printer. The printer manufacturer (very well known Brand) does not provide a driver for Windows 10, but their Website says Windows 10 comes with a driver for it. This printer worked with my previous Windows 10 notebook via USB, and via ethernet worked with previous Windows versions back to XP. The computer would see the printer and list it's name, but would not install the driver. I tried a few other USB adapters with same problem and no luck. Turns out you need software in addition to hardware to make this conversion. I have since obtained a Startech port adapter for connecting my notebook to dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, ethernet, and the printer all through the notebooks 1 free USB-C port. Had to install drivers for the port adapter first, but now everything is working great. If you have a new printer, with installation software, this cable may work just fine. If your printer is old, you will need a port adapter with software.

[33 lb] This is a great printer, well worth the cost, I have had many printers thru. the years, this is by far the best one yet, great product.

[United States] Printers are expensive. The fact that this plan came with my printer makes me feel so much safer.
