I had to disable the computer Bluetooth but after that this little adapter can reach around my whole house. I have even answered calls from my kitchen while cooking lunch. [0.1 lb] This adapter worked without anything needed except to plug it into a Thunderbolt 4 port on my Mac Studio, power up my Apple LED Cinema Display and plug its minidisplayport connection into the adapter. The display is fully functional including the three connection usba hub on the back of the display. My Mac Studio running Ventura 13.1 recognizes the display and it is shown along with all of its functions in the displays settings on Ventura. I am using the LED Cinema Display as an extended display with an Apple Studio Display as the main display. Everything works beautifully. 5 |

[Black] This adapter works great if you have a Display Port connector on your PC and are connecting to a display with an HDMI input. I was looking for one without a locking Display Port connector. The picture online shows it without a lock, but it does have one. You have to press a button to remove it from the jack 5 |
