[Cyan] At first blush, the instructions look intimidating. After reading them, though (second blush) it's easy and quick to change the toner cartridges. Nice to have color (really GOOD color) for a while and not have to worry about it.

[Black] Two of these survived a shipment that left both boxes bent, torn and shredded on the corners, with only minor scratches. Very tough! Also the stand bases are much lower profile than most, so they get kicked less in use.

[Parts Only] I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days.

[1] My original purchase, the backdrop was snagged and the cover case shredded within 2 uses. This company has great customer service. They reached out to me, replaced my backdrop sleeve and storage case.

[4.75 lb] My much loved 20 year old KATA sling bag was shredded beyond use and I had a really hard time finding a good replacement. This Think Tank bag is not just good, it is really great. Perfect size, great quality and such a logical use of space. My A7R4 fits nicely with a 135mm lens and leaves room for the 105mm and a 35mm.
