Boom Stand For Microphone Pole

[Round] First, there is no description for this on the B&H catalog, so let me fill in a couple of things that were not obvious from the web-site. - The stand I received INCLUDES a sandbag (empty) to counterbalance the boom arm...or stabilize the base. - The boom arm will fit into the stand vertically to create a taller single-pole light stand.  It works much like a tripod with a boom-style center column.  Very Cool!  And makes for a more versatile stand.  If I dont need the boom it becomes part of the stand...rather than tyring to figure where to store it. - There is no carry bag included. - Nicely designed clamps for the legs that use a compression clamp to apply force, rather than just the screw tightening against the pole. I bought this based on prior experience with Phottix products...and was not disappointed!  I use this as a medium weight C-Stand that stores and transports easier than a typical C-stand.   I work with speedlights and smaller softboxes, and this stand works fantastic with those!

[21 AWG] This cable does exactly what I need it to do, running from a shotgun microphone / boom pole to my recorder. It connects easily, makes no noise, and its blue!Note: 10 feet doesn't seem that long for cords, but in my case it works perfectly.

[8 Hours ] I bought this to pair with a boom pole and my Sony ECM-VG1 microphone. There isn't much to say except that it works perfectly. I suppose the plastic threads feel a little flimsy, but for the price I think it's fine. My main concern was the security of its hold on the mic, and it does that very well. For the money, this is an excellent option.

[.87" / 22 mm] I use this for a boom microphone when I can't suspend it from a pole downward. The quality is awesome as are the adjustments. Highly recommended.
