How a business responds to customer issues is really important. They made me a believer in their business. I will continue to purchase from them because they stand behind their products. The drawer is very nice and the price is affordable for a 3U drawer.

The cabinet shelves are easy to adjust and it runs very quiet. It has a lock to keep out little hands.
