[0.3 lb] I'm using this with a Canon 7D and 50 mm 1.4 USM lens. First I have a 58-52 step down ring to attach the Nikon ES-1 to the 50 mm lens and then I'm using a Fotodiox 14 mm extension tube between the lens and the 7D. The film is only slightly cropped but the pictures are focused right on the grain and look great!

[Canon EF-M] This adapter works perfectly with my Canon 50mm 1.4 LTM. The DOF scale aligns perfectly, screws in tight and this solution is much better than the LTM M-mount + M-mount Fuji-X solution that I originally tried.

[58 mm] This adapter works just great with my Canon 50mm f/1.4. Of course focus is manual, but not difficult. Don't forget to that this locks in, so you need to use the regular button or slide to release the adapter, just like a lens.

[Empty] This is my favorite 50mm lens so far. The Canon 50mm f/1.4 is beautiful, but I chose this lens to try out using T stops. I use this lens for close-up portraiture and for video all the time, and am looking forward to getting the Rokinon Cine lens series soon.

[0.39 lb] I have only taken this out once but the results so far have been beautiful. In context, I've owned the Canon 85mm 1.2 and the Canon 85mm 1.4 back in my dslr days and the Sigma DG DN 85mm 1.4 lens most recently. I shoot a lot of on location portraits and found the 85mm to be too tight on many of the locations I shoot. With that, I reluctantly traded in the Sigma on the Sony 50mm 1.2 lens. I didn't have the funds to keep both. (The Sigma is an amazing lens btw). After shooting the Sony 50mm (another great lens) I found I really missed the compression of the 85mm focal length when I did have the room, so I started looking around for a sleeper and I found it! Im still recovering from the price tag of the Sony 50mm so I was looking for something cheaper than the Sigma to have on hand for those occasions I wanted an 85mm. This Tokina fits the bill perfectly. It is a simple, no bells and whistles piece of glass that takes images comparable to any of the best lenses Ive used. The difference between 1.8 and 1.4 is negligible at best and this is built like a tank with its metal construction. I got it on sale for $399 and is a steal at this price. After shooting this I couldn't justify spending the money on the Sigma again which was one of my all time favorites. It is a very basic lens but the images are awesome even when shot wide open at 1.8.

[0.5 lb] I bought it to use my Canon 50mm 1.8 and Sigma 35mm 1.4 (Canon mount) on my new A7C and they work perfectly. Autofocus is fast and images are sharp. I actually think the Sigma is sharper than before but that might be due to the new A7C.

[FUJIFILM X] I bought this lens with some experience using manual lenses before. Once mounted on my EOS M3, the lens feels solid and focusing was not a problem using the integrated magnifier and peaking focus option. The use of Canon EVF-DC1 viewfinder is also strong recommended. Lens focus ring is a little tought and it has a long travel from minimum distance to infinity, but enough to focus with precision. With that on mind, I purchased this lens only for adult portraits and pics of static objects. It's not suitable to shoot children or action photography. Prior to this lens, I had been using a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM with EOS EF to EF-M adapter. The 50mm 1.4 was fine an easy to use but its image quality is average to my taste, specially with apertures below 2.8. This rokinon shines in IQ from f2. Sharpening and contrast are aceptable at wider apertures, and always better than the Canon and with smoother bokeh. Vignetting is also visible, but nothing to worry about it. Overall, is an excellent performing lens and optically superior to use than the Canon standard lens.

[Rubber] I got these for my Canon 50mm 1.4, 100mm 2.8 macro, 16-35mm 4l, and my 58mm Helios and they all fit perfectly and nice and tight. They take a little wiggling to get on and then you're good to go. Amazing cheap and effective product. Honestly the best bang for your buck you're going to get out of Tilta, maybe besides the Nano Nucleus.

[0.27 lb] Bought this set for my Canon 50mm 1.4 for low tech closeup work. When critical polish is not required, these fit the bill economically.
