Canon 70 200Mm Is Lens

[3.67 lb] I have used Canon cameras and lens for over 40 years and this new RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM lens is the best I have ever owned. It is one of the fastest and sharpest that makes my photos Pop. It is considerably lighter than my other go to lens that covers this range. Combined with the Canon EOS R5 camera that I recently purchased from B&H I am really enjoying this fall and early winter outside taking photos.

[Plastic] This fits perfectly on the 77mm lens. I used it on a Canon 24-70mm lens and a Tamron 70-200mm lens. I will be using this alot and will be ordering one for my smaller lens.

[Brass] I originally purchased one of these filter for my Canon 70-200mm f2.8L lens. I was so impressed with the optical quality, non binding threads, light weight and slim design I purchased another for my 100-400mm. I would definately recommend this filter to anyone who wants to protect a valuable lens.

[Yes] This Kirk plate is rock solid and fits my Canon 70 -200mm L Series lens perfectly. Additionally, two things that I really like about this plate: a. the little backstop lip that prevents the lens from moving/shifting on the plate; b. the plate has a QD Socket that use for quick release disconnect for my Black Rapid strap. Highly recommend this plate.

The image stabilization is top-notch and the autofocus is fast and accurate. The build quality is excellent and the lens feels solid in my hands. [95 mm (Front)] This lens is massive! I compared it to my Canon 70-200mm, making it look like a prime lens. I'm pairing it with my Canon 5D IV, which produces lovely images straight from the camera. Seeing what I can capture outdoors with natural light would be nice.

[72 mm (Front)] I've used lots of canon L lens I own a 24mm f1.4 and 70-200mm f2.8; however this lens is my fav for sports and action photos. It's f2 is very sharp and provides lots of extra speed. Compared to the 85mm L lenses this focuses so much fast and is so usable wide open, which makes it my favorite. Only con is that is doesn't have IS.

[0.515 lb] I've tested this Canon EF 2x extender lll with both my Canon 70-200mm L series lens and a Sigma 150-600mm DG contemporary lens. The image stays effectively sharp. There is definitely a little loss of clarity, but its not enough to stop me from using it at any given time. I'm quite happy with it.

[77 mm (Front)] Love my new Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USN Lens! I have used a Canon 55mm-250mm for long wildlife photo hikes. It had taken some really nice photos and light on the hikes. It is pretty well worn out now, so it was time for an upgrade. I still have a lot to learn about this lens, but it has already captured wildlife photos I was unable to catch with the slower lens.

[1/2" Bayonet] I was waiting for Canon Extender EF 2X III for a long while. I am very happy with it to extend the zoom to 400 mm on my Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM lens which is the best lens I have. Lately I have been photographing Hawks, Hummingbirds and etc and find this Canon Extender EF 2X III gives me the ability to photograph at 400mm without purchasing another Canon lenses. With this Extender EF 2X III, the maximum aperture is smaller by 2 stops (f/5.6 for my lens). With Canon EOS 5D Mark III body, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM Lens and Canon Extender EF 2X III, it weights about 6.4 pounds which is a little heavy but manageable. Overall, I am glad I purchased this 2X Extender.
