Canon 90D Speed Booster

[0.8 lb] I am using this 5th gen speed booster on my A6500 and have tested with my Canon 16-35/2.8 II, 24-70/2.8 II, 25-105/4, 40/2.8 and all have worked great. Photo AF speed was pretty fast, maybe only a tad slower than using them on my 6D. Video AF-C is okay, not the best and will only work when you switch it to 'Advanced Mode' on the adapter. I still haven't purchased one Sony lens as I am solely using it with my Canon lenses + MB SB adapter.

[Nikon F] Currently using to adapt Canon FD to F mount speed booster to Micro 4/3. Works with my silver and black ring FD lenses, but some with a longer tab will not work, but that's also consistent across a few different lans manufacturers. No problems with infinity focus. I haven't studied photos enough to determine optical quality, but generally speaking, its all there.

[50mm] I bought it for my Canon M50, when pairing it with a speed booster / adapter it made my video so good looking! Shallow depth of field and everything. Really satisfied with this purchase:)

[1x BNC Male] Classic great lens. Paired with speed booster it becomes a 2.8. Solid lens for every bag

[7 x 3.7 x 2.1"] Shot a long event with my Canon 90d. Nice not to have to worry about batteries...

[1/4"-20 Female] I had been debating this purchase for a long time. I wasn't sure if it would work with my PL-Mount DZO Vespid lenses because the rear element of those lenses protrudes so far past the mount. On paper the flange distances should work but the Metabones website specifically states that the adapter is designed exclusively for the Zeiss CP.2, CZ.2, and CP.3 lenses and warns of potential damage when using other lenses. Seeking clarity, I visited the B&H store in New York and consulted with Sam, an employee in the professional video department. Sam went above and beyond, thoroughly testing the Speed Booster and lens combination. To my relief, we confirmed that the lenses did indeed fit the adapter. B&H's generous return policy also provided additional reassurance, knowing I wouldn't be stuck with an expensive paperweight if any issues arose. I have yet to bring the Speed Booster to an actual shoot to really put it through its paces, but based on my tests, it's compatible with the 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, and 125mm DZO Vespid lenses on my RED Komodo 6K. Some adjustment of the infinity focus on the Speed Booster was required. Fortunately, the instructions for this adjustment can be found on the Metabones website, and there are plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube, making it a straightforward task. I'm excited to get some more time with the Speed Booster and see what it can really do. Thanks again to B&H and specifically Sam for all the help!

[0.585 lb] I bought this after getting the Nikon-BMPCC Speed Booster. I wanted to see if the Nikon lenses I got for the Blackmagic Pocket could be used on my Fuji X-T1. The adapter connections on both sides are snug and sure without requiring superhuman strength. I'm pleased with the photographic results. I'm sold on Metabones. Based on my two purchases, I'd say they make excellent products.

[77 - 77 mm] bought this for the metabones bmpcc / ef speed booster that lives permanently on my pocket cinema camera. unlike regular caps it snaps securely in place, requiring you to depress the release button like you would with a lens. the regular cap I replaced just twisted on or off freely.

[0.49 lb] This speed booster makes a huge difference with my m42 lenses, especially for my Helios 44-2. I’m able to get really nice bokeh. I think it’s totally worth what I paid. I’d rather have an M42 to Fuji directly than have to use multiple adapters like with others. I’m really happy with this
