Canon Dslr 1D Mark Iii

We bought this follow focus to use with our Canon 1D mark IV and a DSLR rig we have. Once set up, it performed flawlessly with our geared lenses. We are very happy about it and have no problems recommending it to others. It is very flexible and can approach your lens from multiple angles and sides. It also shows minimal backlash with a nice heavy touch to it. The only negative thing about it is it's a bit expensive, but so are all follow focuses and focus is critical. So, if you are looking for a solid follow focus, but do not want to go all the way and buy one that can rival the cost of your camera, this is a good choice for you. Just remember to get the correct gear on it. Film Cine lens gear is 0.8, I think.

[11.7 lb] I'm a stills photographer and shoot a bit of everything. I've been using an EOS-1D Mark III for years. It is still working perfectly but I wanted to move to full frame and improved performance in low light. This camera delivers. It felt comfortable right out of the box and does everything better. Sometimes a lot better.

[0.095 lb] Fourth camera I've used this on, from 1D Mark IV, 7D Mark II, 1DX, and now 1DX Mark III. It fits all of these screens perfectly without bubbles. Unlike some other screen protectors this model does not peel off unless you want it to.

[1.0' (30.5 cm)] I bought this cable to work with my pocket wizards to remotely trigger my Canon 1D III. It worked great. I was able to trigger the camera through a glass door. As other reviewers have stated, the sequence you turn devices on makes a difference. I found the price at B&H substantially lower than other vendors.

[Glass] Bought it for newly released Canon EOS-1D X Mark III because Canon Support said screen sizes were identical. They are. Comes with well-fitting, ultrathin, rigid glass protectors for both of the small LCD’s as well as the main screen at a significantly lower price than a competitor charges for a product that protects only the main screen. Clear, undistorted view of LCD. Does not interfere with touch screen functioning. Detailed guidance on how to align properly and mount without getting dust or bubbles under screen is provided. Five stars; besides having bonus coverage of the two smaller screens, it's less expensive.

[100%] Researched all manufactured DSLR for several months before making my decision. The K3 mark iii is remarkable. Its capabilities, technology, design, the way it feels, the fit the finished. This PENTAX K3 mark iii competes and surpasses other name brand DSLR for half the money. The K3 mark iii monochrome is next. $$$$ best deal out there.

[2.9 lb] I used this on the top of my Canon C300 Mark iii. It fit well and allows me to add whatever accessories I need.

[f/1.4] I just upgraded my Canon 5d mark ii to the mark iii model. I decided to give my son my mark 2 and needed a lens to give him with the camera. I have a 70-200 2.8L, 16-35 2.8L, 24-70 2.8L and an 85 1.2L. I think I like this 50 better than all the above except the 85mm. Pictures are sharp, and the 1.4 is great for indoor without a flash. I will likely buy another for myself. For the price, It can't be beat
