[0.035 lb] They don’t market it for DSLR cameras. But I had no issues using it with my Canon 80D. Yes at times the tripod legs unlock itself after moving around a bit . It’s good to keep checking if the locks are on for the safety of your camera.

[Zipper] I use this product to go from my Zoom H6 recorder into my Canon 80D DSLR and it works exactly as I wanted to. I was unable to find any results via Googling for this exact setup, so hopefully others who using the same equipment as me can rest easy knowing this expensive cable is worth the money.

[+1, +2, +4] I used a canon macro 100mm with a +4 Hoya filter lens on an canon 80D camera. Love the way photos came out, had fun photographing the flowers and insects. Close ups are my forte', even with other lenses. I love for my images to pop out of the photo itself.

[USB mini-B male] I started out with (and still have) a Canon 80D, and got a Vello Remote Release. When I recently got a 5D IV, I discovered that it required a three pin connector for the remote release, which meant I had to buy this cable. It took a little fiddling around to determine the exact orientation when plugging it into the camera remote socket. It will only connect in one orientation, and has a tight firm fit. But it worked well. As snug as it fits, one has to be careful connecting and disconnecting not to break a pin in the camera. With care it should last.
