[0.485 lb] I bought this adapter in order to use the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens with my Canon EOS R6 MkII. It works flawlessly!!! It is solid as a rock and there is no noticeable difference between using this EF lens and adapter to using an RF lens with my camera. I don not hesitate to recommend this adapter to anyone.

[Bayonet] I purchased a used Canon EF 100-400mm lens that did not come with the original lens hood. I was pleased that Vello lens hood fit perfectly and locked on properly.

[1500 mAh] Just received the Vello lens adapter and mounted a CanonEF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM lens to a Sony A6300. As a semi-professional Canon photographer, I am really impressed with the quality and clarity of the initial pictures. Focusing was quick and accurate. Next camera to test it on is my Hasselblad Lunar. More to come!

[Brass] Recently decided to move from Canon to Fuji. Bought a GFX50S and I wanted to use my L glass until I could find a comfortable setup of Fuji lenses. This Fringer adapter was highly recommended for its quality and consistent firmware updates. It works flawlessly so far, and I've been using it consistently for a month now. I've used the EF 16-35mm f2.8 II, EF 24-70mm f2.8 II, EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 IS II, and the EF 300mm f2.8 IS. Each lens autofocuses fast (not nearly as fast as natively on a Canon, but that's to be expected with the contrast-detect AF on the Fuji) with no hiccups at all. I would say it is not possible to autofocus the 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 IS II with a Canon EF 1.4x Extender III whatsoever on the Fuji, that probably comes down to the AF of the Fuji. If you're looking to Frankenstein your Canon lenses to your Fuji, then look no further. It's expensive, but entirely worth it.

[0.31x] You can't beat the Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM Lens. It is THE proven leader of all telephoto zoom lenses. I got this for my Canon EOS R6 MkII with the EF to RF adapter. It works flawlessly and you can't ask for better quality photos. You can't go wrong with this lens. Even the new RF telephoto lenses are compared to this lens.

[Yes] This is the perfect foot replacement for my Canon 100-400mm EF 4.5-5.6 IS II. By replacing the lens's foot, the mount is much more stable than adding another Arca-Swiss plate onto the OEM foot to attach it to my gimbal. Expensive, but needed. There are other foots out there, but RRS engineers their stuff really good, it fits perfectly and very easy to install and remove.

[Yes] My Canon EF-L 100-400mm. zoom IS II came with an inadequate foot which was never stable or rigid enough when attached to a tripod, gimbal head or monopod. B&H excellent service took my order on a Sunday night. Shipped the RRS replacement foot Monday morning and I got it on Wednesday. Fantastic service as always.

[Autofocus] I have two EF 100-400mm lenses; repaired#1 and during which bought #2... LOVE the lens Whether wildlife, florals, long or short... Too - - works very well with the 1.4 extender lens. Highly recommend!

[0.455 lb] I use this with the Canon EF 400mm F4 DO and it is really an essential accessory for the lens. The Canon one is bulky, heavy, and is a pain to get on and off. This one is lighter, quick to get on and off, and can be put on the lens when in storage with the hood in reverse, hood on normally, or even just over the front of the lense without the hood. It stays one and does what it should. The little loop on it is also useful for attaching a cord to something like your tripod ring so you don't lose it or let it fall on the ground. This is also the most economical and reasonably priced product in the entire LensCoat line of products in my opinion. At sub $30, there should be no hesitation in purchasing this to protect your lens.
