[Bayonet] I bought for my Canon EF 85 mm f/1.8. I wish Canon could sell the lens with the hood.

[Bayonet] I bought this for my Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM and it fits firmly. Feels well built and the release button works well too.

[Metal] I use this to attach a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L II and a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM to a Canon M6 Mark ii, and so far the results have been outstanding. Also it's a much more economic alternative to the much more expensive Canon adapter.

[Aluminum] I lost the lens cap to my Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens and needed a new one so purchased this replacement cap. It fits perfectly!

[4 x 4 x 3.25"] Fits the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Lens perfect! (great lens, by the way)

[Close-Up] I bought this to use with a Canon EF 50mm 1.8 lens and it works wonderfully for macro photography. Image quality does not change with adding this lens and maintains its sharp details. Works best with manual focus and tripod but that's true with any macro lens

[0.475 lb] I’m using this adapter to adapt my Canon EF 50mm 1.8 and more specifically my Helios 44-2. Both work great on this adapter and especially on the Helios. It lets me see the full image projection which allows for the special “swirly bokeh” the Helios is known for. It’s a pretty basic adapter but it’s exactly what I needed and quite a bit cheaper than the alternatives. It’s manual focus of course but with all the focus assist tools on the X-T5 I have had zero issues getting focus. I would recommend!

[Leica M] No problem with a number of my Canon EF, Tamron, and Sigma lens. Even tried my 50+ year old Pentax super takamar 50mm f1.4 lens with Fotodiox PK to EOS adapter. Of course to manage expectations, you have to work in the manual setting on the Hasselblad X1DII and adjust everything but focus is quite clean and you need to deal with vignetting, but that was expected. Well built, solid tight attachment.

[0.03 lb] We rented just about every 50mm EF lens available to use for video on our Canon 5D Mk III and Canon C100. We normally always shoot with Canon L glass but were unhappy with the results of the 50 1.2L so we rented most of the available 50's out there. We were just about sold on the Zeiss 50mm f/2.0 Makro-Planar ZE Macro but we saw all the great reviews of the new Sigma Art serries 35mm and the rumor that a 50mm was soon coming, so we waited to try it. We rented the lens for a weekend shoot and I placed my order to buy the lens before the shoot was even over. The color, contrast of the lens is beautifull, and the sharpness even wide open is amazing. The build quality is equal to the Canon L series, although not weather sealed. However it is big and heavy. For VIDEO it's the auto focus is not the fastest we use, but we do not use auto focus that often anyway. We use our 50's a lot and this so far has not let us down in the few weeks we have ha with it.

Feels solid, can use my EF lenses on my new NX1 for VIDEO! ...and can even get critical focus on NX1 by throwing in Vid MODE and touching icon on screen. Although the F stop is stuck on (example: Sigma 18-35 1.8f) 1.8...it still is great to be able to use. Such a small price to pay for solid adapter! Just buy it.
