[3.5 x 3 x 1"] The lens is well made and works wonders with my Canon Micro lens.

[Silver / Black] I used it on all of my micro four third lens

[Rear] With the Olympus rear cap I can leave the Canon-micro four thirds attached to the lens and store nicely with both front and rear cap.

[1x 6-Pin] I took advice from a guy who recommended to use it in tandem w/ Redrock Micro gears and have no regrets I followed. The price of FF is unbeatable, the quality and overall design is pretty solid. Only one suggestion: on Canon 5D Mark II w/ Zeiss ZE lenses follow focus unit barely fits under the lens barrel. If it wasn't for Redrock Micro traction ring's enormous width it'd fail to connect properly. It's peculiarity of Zeiss lens design and Cavision base plate riser that kind of both don't let FF to be moved as close to Canon body as possible. Keep it in mind if you plan to use it w/ Zeiss glass and Cavision rig.

Perfect lens swapper. I have one for Canon EF mount, micro 4/3 and now for the Canon RF mount. On a hike one can bring an extra lens without having to carry a bag. Easy to swap one lens with another without risks of dropping one. The lens his locked in place nicely.

[Autofocus] This lens works well for half the price of its Canon equivalent. Maybe it could be micro adjusted to be a little sharper, but it's sharp enough that I don't notice any major problems with the images. It feels well built and it is the lens on my camera the most since I purchased it, so it can't be too bad!

I purchased this camera when it being sold at a greatly reduced price. I have been very impressed with the basic design, build quality, and ease of use. The controls I use the most are near where my hand rests and it is difficult to program-by-mistake. I moved from a full frame SLR (different manufacturer) to micro 4/3 (great camera-small sensor) and currently the Canon. The lens zooms smoothly through out the zoom range and I can say of the five kit lenses I have owned over the years this one is hands down the sharpest of the group. On size and weight it is actually smaller than my mid-range micro 4/3 camera and it is only a few ounces heavier. One minor complaint about the package is that it does not include the lens hood. It did come with printed manual which is great for me as I am a little older and a printed text person. Some of the negative reviews probably need to be put in context. This is an entry level full frame at a reasonable price point not a pro body Canon. There is not a whole lot on the market that comes close in this price range. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

[f/1.8] I am moving from a Canon 5DII to the micro 4/3 setup because of an injury. The micro 4/3 is great and so is this lens. Great fininsh, good tight and precission fit with the camera body OMD. Looking forward to using it during the Christmas portrait season.
