Canon Portable Printer And Scanner Combo

[2400 x 1200 dpi] Wonderful machine so far! I just got it last week. This printer/scanner/copier does it all so well! Great value you for the money! I also have a Canon TX3000 large format in my NY office and it has been a piece of junk from the beginning so I really appreciate the quality of this machine!

[Flatbed Scanner] I am in the process of digitizing photos. I did not want to wear out my combination printer/scanner so I purchased this Canon scanner for photo duty. My printer/scanner is a Canon so the software integrates with both with no problems. One thing that is a huge benefit with the Canon software is it will automatically crop the photos when they are scanned...depending on the physical size of the photos, put as many as possible on the flatbed (there must be some space between for proper cropping) and the software will automatically crop the individual pictures. This is a huge time saver. I have already scanned close to two hundred photos and have several hundred more to go. I am confident that the LIDE300 will continue the job. There are other types of photo scanners that are more proficient but this model is by far the most economical. Scanning time is quick. By the time I get the next batch out of the album, the scan is done.

[47.5 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Canon is a multifunctional device and can be used as not only a printer but as a scanner and fax also. A starter toner cartridge was included that will print approximately 3000 sheets. It was easy to hook to our home network and setup on the computer via wireless. This one prints only black and white but that is mainly what we print anyhow. The output is sharp and can accommodate paper up to 8.5 x 14. A plus for this printer is it connects to my phone and I can print right from it.

[4-Cartridge Set] I purchased this ink set for my Canon Pixma MX882 combination scanner, fax, and printer. This ink was developed for use with this printer and it works well. However, I wish the cartridges were larger so that I wouldn't run out of ink so often.

[Yes] This is a review for the ES-300W Wireless Portable Duplex Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review. This standalone portable scanner is one of the best I have used. It is quick and compact in size. I love the Wi-Fi ability to scan right to your computer or phone. The size of the unit is a major plus. It doesn’t take up any room on my desk and is highly portable. Initial setup of the scanner can be tricky but after the setup the scanner works without a glitch. This is a well-made device worth having and I will get much use out of it.
