[Single] I use nothing other than Canon ink in my Canon printers.

[1, 2, and 5 pL] I have always used Canon printers for printing my home photography work. The PIXMA iP8720 is replacing a PIXMA iP6700D which has served me well for 14 years. The iP8720 print quality is superior to the previous model and the ability to print on larger size media is a terrific upgrade. I am also pleased that the standard Black print tank is a double-width which will provide longer periods between cartirdige replacement.

[Inkjet Printers] For the price that Canon charges for their ink, they should give the printers away free.

[Black] Very worth it to buy the xl cartridges. Love my Canon printers as well.

[2400 x 600 dpi] I love this printer, it's great for a small home office. I went from 2 printers into 1 printer. The only negative is how long it takes to actually print after you press the print button. I know I am using the WiFi, but my "other" printer printed pretty fast. I love the vivid color printing, how fast you can cancel a print and it was so easy to set up.

[Additional] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a HP Color LaserJet M377/477 Multi Function Printer in March 2019, for home use. I hesitated for some time before buying such an expensive printer for home use, but it was a wise decision. I had gone through 2 HP laser jet printers in the last 5 years. The worn drums were producing poor quality copies. I am now thoroughly enjoying this upgraded printer. The printed pages are clean and crisp, and the color is beautiful. Every printed copy has a professional look. I am still learning how to use this printer, but within the next 6-10 months I hope to have mastered using most of its features. While I enjoy using my HP Color LaserJet M377/477, I do have three concerns: (1) I am not able to fax documents with ease as I could with my other 2 HP printers. In fact, the same phone line used with the other printers and house phones does not work with this printer. (2) Scanning pages to my designated e-mails is still confusing and not with ease. (3) Removal of printed copies from the printer is a bit of a challenge. The printed pages do not push out far enough, so retrieving them is not as easy as compared to other printers. (4) HP toner cartridges (410A) are extremely expensive, more than I really want to pay.

[Cyan] I love the HP laser printers. I use mine at home and print a lot for home use. I strongly believe in using genuine replacements for any brand printer. And I only buy HP printers. The price of these cartridges are very high but they last a long time even with heavy home printing. All in all I think the cost of laser to ink jet printed is about the same but the quality to cost ratio heavily leans to laser over ink jet.

[Color] The ET-5150 is an all-in-one printer that is ideal for high-volume environments such as home businesses and small businesses. Set-up time is about 30 minutes, including the wireless capability and the nozzle check/alignment. The included paper instructions are detailed and the on-screen computer and printer instructions take any guesswork out of the installation process. As far as the printing, the warm-up time is minimal, only a few seconds. I was able to print about 15-16 black/white pages per minute, 8-9 colored ppm, and 4-5 full-page color ppm. Printing is crisp and clean. Duplex printing takes slightly longer. The scanner function utilizes the Epson ScanSmart software, which allows you to select a computer connected to the printer network (via the on-screen display) and send the image wirelessly, eliminating the need for cables or flash drives. When your printer and computers are not in the same room, this is a necessity. You can also connect your phone to the printer via the Epson Smart Panel app to assist with wireless printing and scanning, maintenance, troubleshooting and to check ink level status. The ADF works flawlessly, allowing you to save time copying multiple pages. By far my favorite feature of this printer is the ink. I have owned several colored inkjet printers and laser printers and the astronomical price of refills is discouraging. The ink costs on the EcoTank is not only a fraction of the cost of traditional ink/laser refills, but the ink capacity of this printer is about 3x my previous printers. This is a considerable cost-savings for those who print a lot, which we do. This printer fulfils all of our school and home business needs and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and capabilities of this printer. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5150 Wireless Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

[35] Works well with my DS80, which I have had for over 8 years, planning on getting one of the new printers to do 4x6 prints for home printing. Dye-sub prints are much better than inkjet.
