[82 mm] I bought this filter for the Sigma 10-20mm ultra-wide angle lens. This filter does an excellent job protecting the lens as well as reducing the effect of glare from the sun. I use this filter in conjunction with a circular polarizing filter. I noticed during my last shoot that dust particles tended to collect on the filter, but with the proper lens-safe cleaning brush, those particles come right off.

[10 Hours] Im using this with a faily light set up, (Sony ZVE10- 10-20mm). It is light and has a long battery life, 3hrs roughly. I can even screw a 5 ft monopod to the bottom to do sweeping jib shots. ALL HANDHELD!

[0.05 lb] Sigma may be the only company that makes a lens hood to fit my Signma 10-20mm wide angle camera lens. I lost my lens hood for this lens. This lens hood prevents lens flare as well as discoloration of the image due to too much stray light. It's easy to put on and take off. I would recommend this lens hood for a Sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens.
