Canon Rt 600 Flash

[2700] It powered 2 Canon 600 EX RT for my bird photos and recharge on both flash units was instantaneous.

[2x AA] Just got this today, and so far its absolutely perfect. It fires and controls my Canon 600 RT EX without a problem. Took me a little bit to understand how to sync them together, but once that was done it worked perfectly.

[2.4 GHz] I bought 3 Yougnuo YN 968EX-RT with this transmitter to be used with additional Canon 600 rt for hummingbird photography. You have to play with the settings until you learn how to use as the instructions are poorly written but instructions become easier the more one works with this flash controller. Once familiar easy to program.

[Gray] I use it with two Canon 600 EX-RT flashes & with the 3' RFI octa softbox. It supports them sturdily. This Speedring is built like a tank!

[8] I wanted to use my Canon 600 EX-RT flashes with some larger softboxes. I was looking for a shoemount flash attachment device/speedring that would truly support such boxes with the ability to widely adjust the position and angle of one or two speedlights onboard, one that would be very sturdy and long-lasting and which had no trouble handling big boxes at more difficult angles than just level, one that would take the stress and not break for a very long time. This one is it. I don't know of any other. Only drawbacks - may require you to use Profoto RFI softboxes, as some softboxes will clearly not fit on the RFI speedring, and somewhat expensive.

[0.52 lb] Works perfectly with my Mk IIl and Canon 600 RT units. Used outdoors at night and could control the units with very precise adjustment easily made. Always wanted an on camera transmitter, just could not justify the cost of the Canon unit.

[0.08 lb] Fits well on the Canon 600EX-RT. Very good for changing the flash output to near tungsten. My quick test indicates the color temperature is around 3400K. It's hard to tell which side is the top and which is the bottom, so I suggest marking one side for easy reference.

[0.02 lb] I am using this with the Canon 600 ex-RTII II flash. According to the manual the flash recharging time increases three fold with the battery pack, but to me it seems like it is even more powerful than that. It sits in a case that can be easily placed in your pocket, attached to your belt via the loop on it or attached to your flash bracket or tripod with the Velcro strap that comes in the case. I am thrilled with the purchase and only regret is that I did not get this sooner.
