[11.5 x 6 x 1"] The mount is super sturdy, low profile (it doesn't hang way down from the ceiling) and with the suspended ceiling plate, can hold a lot of weight. I purchased the ceiling plate with the idea of using it to attach to my trusses; I then attached the mount to the plate through the sheetrock and it worked brilliantly. I did this rather than using it for a suspended ceiling, as my ceiling is normal: trusses with sheetrock. My favorite part is how you can fine tune the pitch and role to get very precise movement with your projector. Awesome product!

[15 W] Not all suspended ceiling tile kits were created equal, this one is top notch! Professional cutouts are already cut in and it's a breeze to install.

[250 W] Well supported filament. Didn't break even when we dropped a non air-suspended light stand while the light was hot from running for 3 hours. Consistent color temp, great CRI. What else can I say about a bulb?
