[Yes] I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone.

[Dual Earpiece] I work from home and needed a phone that could connect to my desk phone, my softphone and my cell phone. This headset does it all. Its comfortable and the mute button on the mic is very easy to access.

[Yes] This headset supports connectivity via USB for use as a PC headset and via Bluetooth for use with cell phone calls. The base makes it easy to switch between PC and Bluetooth. The bluetooth connection is between the base and the cell phone, with DECT to the headset. So you leave the phone on your desk and take the headset with you if you want to walk around. DECT has much better range than Bluetooth and is not affected by microwave ovens or WiFi, so calls are clear and consistent at all times.

[Micro-USB] This headset was easy to pair with my Samsung cell phone, which is why I bought it. Recharging via a USB on my laptop is also easy. Previously, I was frequently asked can you repeat yourself and was told you dropped out. Now, I have crystal clear communication. I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy this headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones deliver in a number of practical, easy ways whether being used for gaming or not. The ease of connection in headphones these days is critical, and within less than a minute, these were connected to both a phone and Nintendo Switch. Pairing was simple and the ability to switch back and forth relatively effortlessly made the user experience so smooth. Using the headset for gaming, the sound came in amazingly clear and captured both game dialogue as well as sound effects and score without featuring one over the other. Voices were clear, sound effects were crisp and the background music was rich and deep. Switching over to music, the experience was much the same. Piano notes came in clear and loud, treble was smooth and loud and the bass had a classic "thump" characteristic which is often more of a "buzz" in lower-end headphones. Finally, the switch to USB-C is the last feature that seems to be the most simple and obvious, but absolutely necessary. Regardless of device, it seems to be more and more common to utilize one charging cable, and being able to switch from phone to gaming and now headphones with a single cord while traveling is such a relief. All in all, these are terrific for anyone looking at a mid-range headset, packed with a ton of features and quality that are normally found in more expensive products and designs.
