[Plastic] I use two CAD KBM412 for floor tom mics, and the rubber gasket style mounts I used on the rims were not enough to keep them from slipping closer and closer to the head. These solved that issue completely, while also getting me a little farther away from the head! They do not come with insert adapters however, but easy enough to procure.

I let my son borrow them the other day and he lost them. I was devastated. I’ve been looking for the same ones ever since. Well tonight he found them and gave them back and I am so thrilled. I never thought headphones would be a thing that makes my day better but c’est la vie.
