Coax Modem Wireless Router

[802.11ax] I recently had my internet provider to increase my speed (from 150mbps download to 330mbps). It turned out that my old Wi-Fi card that I had on my PC couldn't quite handle the speed even though it was rated that it can. I bought this card out of curiosity just to see if it was the PC that was causing the bottleneck and not the card. Once I installed it, the download transfer rate just about doubled compared to the old card. In fact, the speed is about the same I'm getting if I had the network cable connected directly from the modem to the PC Ethernet port itself. Anyway, I would advise anyone to first check their wireless router or wireless modem/router to see what Wi-Fi standard it uses. If you still using an old modem/router, this card will only go as fast as that set up allows it to.

[4] The router is easy to set up and link to internet modem. Wireless logon from computers, laptops, phones and even tvs is quick and painless.

[1x F-Type Male] Recently moved cable modem, used this 6' cable to replace an old 15' coax. Nice gold connectors!

[Acrylic] I didn't know why my internet was always needing to be cleaned with a free cleaning program. Then I remembered that this protector had an input connector for the coax cable and an output coax connector to the modem. Just like that my internet became smooth and fast. Protecting the coax from EMI/RFI did the trick. This protector also impressed me that it doesn't need to be replaced when there is a power surge, as others do need to. So even though more expensive it pays for itself. The separate electronics sections in this one also does make the tv picture better. The only thing I would wish is that this section have outlets that are sideways so that wide router and modem plugs don't use up two outlets as they cover the next one over. But I will still give them 5 stars for being that much better than others.

[Yes] Netgear is a great product. We have a Netgear Router and the modem was easy as pie to set up.
