Compact Camera With Zoom Lens

[Zipper] If you have a compact digital camera preferably with a zoom or even a light interchangeable lens one to which you can attach an extension tube between the body and lens (or use a screw in diopter CU lens). You'll have to experiment a little, and watch the (conservative) attachment weight limit. The 2 position arm allows it to adjust for different distances. [360°] I purchased the GML Kit about a month ago, after keeping my eye on it for awhile then suddenly having an opportunity to order it for a shoot. I ordered One Day shipping, to get it in time, and the Genustech team was excellent to work with to make that happen, and has continued to be with any questions I've had since. Since then, the matte box has worked great for my needs as a primarily mobile and handheld camera op. It is lightweight and compact, in addition to being quick to mount/unmount. A perk of this matte box compared to rail mounting matte boxes is that since I primarily use zoom lenses, the matte box remains at the front of my lens even as the zoom increases. One thing to be aware of is that since the matte box solely tightens down around the step up ring, it can be nudged and canted to a slight angle. Unless its nudged a lot to an extreme angle it won't cut into your frame any though, except perhaps on a super wide angle lens. For anyone who wants a lightweight matte box for a compact rig, I'd definitely recommend the GML Kit.

[Universal] The Ruggard Backpack is compact, but can fit a lot of equipment. I've been using it for my 7D with one zoom lens and three prime lenses, accessories, ring light kit and a small microphone set. It's also easy to carry with two straps that close in the front.

[72 mm (Front)] Lightweight, compact, and the most useful range of any zoom lens ever. 24mm has always been slightly too narrow for my needs of vlogging and outdoor videography, but 20mm is perfect. Image quality is fantastic; sharp, great colors, uniform brightness. Don't be scared off by the f4. If you need versatility and a small footprint, this is THE one.

[f/2.8] Great wide angle zoom lens for the money. Compact and good image quality.

[Nikon F] This overall versatile zoom lens really provides shooting flexibility in a relatively light weight and compact zoom lens. Only drawback would be the loss of low light capabilities due to the maximum F/stop range. This can easy be over come with a professional grade flash unit.
