[2.15 lb] I wanted a PC with an eight-generation I7 desktop CPU, not a slower laptop U-series chip, with plenty of ports including modern ones. This is the only box I could find other than farm more expensive gaming machines. Although there are a few negative reviews on A****, the NUC817HNK is perfect for me. It's powerful and up-to-date without being subject to the laptop "tax." I'm using it with Crucial CT2K16G4SFD824A DDR4 SO-DIMMs and a Samsung MZ-N6E1T0BW 860EVO M.2 SSD. 5 |

Donated the old ones to a city computer organization to help those without such resources, these 2 were a cinch to upgrade and move my data over and be back up and running really fast.
