Computer Monitor Stand With Rack Rails

[23 x 3.8 x 1.7"] I installed these rails on a rack mountable computer that's used as a character generator. These rails make it easy to slide the unit out and service it, without having to undo all the cables in order to remove it from the rack. They were easy to install and I had the equipment back up and running within 30 minutes!

[13.8 lb] Have a 4U SKB Roto rack and wanted to add a power strip so I didn't have to reach into the case to plug things into the Furman power conditioner. Ordered the rear rack rails for this case and was able to quickly and very solidly attach the rails to the case with the hardware provided. Now I have everything I need in one case, front and back. 100% satisfied and B & H was able to get it quickly.

[5.7 lb] Synology rails for Synology RackStation. These are rack-rails for a 4-post rack. They have toolless mounting for square holes. They clip onto the pegs on the side of the Synology Rackstation, and are held in place with two screws on each side. They slide out, with ease. They slide in once the release button is pressed. They do exactly what you expect them to do.

[Yes] 4 Rack spaces and Just enough room inside. Rails in front and rear came loaded with phillips screws. I didn't expect that... Very practical for stowing extra items and fits together nicely.

[Steel] For the price, this is a great unit. The assembly takes a bit of time and the rack rails have to be installed carefully to make sure the correct screw size is facing outward. The rails have 2 screw sizes, one on one face, the other on the opposite side of the U. One of the sizes is 10-32, the other a bit larger. Both size screws are included but not easy to use because they don't have a truss tip. I use Middle Atlantic HPS screws. I wanted to recess my equipment a few inches to avoid bumping the controls. This was also difficult to do with this rack because the U-shaped threaded rails interfere with the usual recessing adapters. I had to mount the equipment directly to the back side of the U rail but this required taking off the side panel and bending the lip of the side panel. Of course, the black paint cracked where I bent the lip. Anyway, all the quirks aside, I still think this is a good value, especially if you don't need to recess your equipment.

[0.905 lb] What is there to say? It's just fantastic. I own three other brand focusing rails, and this one, by far, outshines them all. The focus knob located on the side is very accessible and turns very easily and accurately. The smaller knob on the other tightens the position. The ARCA type adjustment on the rear easily secures the camera to the rack. I have found it is easier to loosen and tighten when it is at the rear of the rack. Buy it, you'll like it.
