[MDF] These speakers are a solid upgrade from regular computer speakers and they are small enough to fit almost anywhere. The matte white colour looks good and the integrated USB DAQ is nice to have.

[Class-D] I spotted these speakers to complete my desktop computer sound system, and I am not disappointed! I have a white desk, white keyboard, white curved monitor, white Fractal Design computer case, white pod chair...you get the idea. It's all very sleek and clean looking. But I wanted speakers that were high-quality and sounded good, with an appearance to fit in with my high-end computer system & home office. The Kanto YU2 speakers are prefect! I have them connected to a 50w 6 1/2 Yamaha ported sub under my desk, and it's actually a little overpowering. (I would like to add the sealed Kanto Sub6 in the future, I think it would be a better match.) But these speakers are not concert hall loudspeakers, they are limited in a perfectly appropriate way for a desktop, facing you a short distance away. That said, they also fill my room with sound, and I listen to them in my nearby kitchen & living room as well. Quality is very high, they have a very sturdy, well-done construction. They actually manage to produce respectable bass, but are quite complete with eh sub I described. I even love the included Kanto 1/4" headphone cable, I use it with my iPhone on occasion. Otherwise, these speakers are connected to my computer via USB, which required no set-up. LOVE them!

[4.25 lb] This controller is pure genius, for the life of me I don't know how they pull it off. Partially by hijacking the custom mixes of your 4Pre or whatever, but there seems to be more going on than that. At any rate this has transformed my studio. One, you get the great displays telling you at a glance both your routing and your metering. Two, the flexibility of it is out of this world. Eight input setups, 4 output, Cue mixes, headphone and no less than four talkback, not to mention the dimming, summing and other features. I've had the RED 4PRE for a number of years and never got a decent routing setup out of it - THIS simplifies the whole thing. Combined with Dante now I've got three computers routing to one master (4Pre), multiple Dante devices, include Bluetooth so I can monitor my phone or whatever. This has empowered my interconnected studio like none other, and I can do 12 channel ATMOS with it. And all digital and networked! All my other monitor controllers have been analog and don't hold a candle to this. It's worth converting your studio to RED just for this. No real downsides. 32 channels maximum used for input and cue routing. We can't expect unlimited, but another 4 our 8 would have been perfect, perhaps Focusrite could come out with a interface with the FPGA chops for this? At any rate that's not really a negative, 32 should take care of you,

[0.06 lb] I purchased this for the (ext)9pin input on the RED Komoto. Directly to a Tentacle. Worked perfectly.

[6 Hours] This, product does not have thunderous rave party bass, but it is an excellent choice that gives more expensive speakers a run for their money, and excels some of them as well.. Great sound, with or without an App, Offers a Aux input unlike JBL,and if you are into high resolution audio, it has that as well...Excellent sound for refined spaces, Gentrification without losing your apartment, so to speak...I wish i had gotten it in Polar Grey, but it is what it is... Soundcore continues to offer great value for your dollar if you are on a budget, and at the time of this review, B&H will soon have the Soundcore Mini for 25 dollars, which is a few years old and still holds up well and i can personally vouch for it as well, as it is a gem among cheap speakers, and it includes an Aux input unlike JBL's cheaper offerings, and whoever your favorite vocalist is, you will like their voice on it... To be clear, the Mini is for small spaces only, it is no competition whatsoever to any of JBL's small offerings volume wise and you cant clip it to anything, but is a great sounding 25 dollar speaker, if you dont mind the mini usb charging, as this speaker was out years before USB-C, but it has again, a Aux input, Micro SD Card inout, and 5 watt output, with a built in FM radio... Cant vouch for the radio, and it's not water resistant, but it's a nice little devil...

[0.26 lb] Monitors last a lot longer than a computer, but new computers don't have a VGA input ... this works fine with my old monitor, so all in all it's a great deal.
