The only difficulty I ran into was installation of Microsoft Office -- but that could have been user error (my fault). I read some reviews about slow start up, noisy fan, vibrating screen, I've experienced none of those and absolutely LOVE my new laptop. 5 |

I find that they last an extremely long time, my last one it's still going after 7 years, and that when it comes to installation I have never had an issue. 5 |
