Dark Grey Black Projector Screen Paint

[Network adapter] Excited to have these for macro photography, but buyers should know at least mine arrived dark grey rather than black.

[Native: 16:10] For years, our old projector used the back wall of the church as a screen. The black parts of videos were washed out, even with the lights off. We got an Ambient Light Rejecting screen, which made the dark parts much deeper, but, unfortunately, it also darkened skin tones and colors. This new Epson Powerlite has enough punch (4000 ANSI lumens) that the ALR screen feels like a TV set. Skin tones and colors are accurate, and the dark portions are really dark, like they're supposed to be. The mounting of the projector was fixed, and initially I was disappointed that the throw distance was different from the old projector. At the tightest zoom, the image was larger than the screen by about 8 inches on a side. It was then that I discovered that the digital zoom had negative numbers and I was able to shrink the image to the size of the screen, There is a slight 8 glow on the wall around the screen which is hardly noticeable. I can see it because I know it's there, but no one else has mentioned it yet. The remote control is powerful enough to bounce its signal of the wall to activate the ceiling mounted projector. The old projector required exact aiming from in front of it to turn it on or off, The remote control also has specific buttons for each source which makes changing from VGA to HDMI really simple. Overall, I don't think I could be happier about this purchase. It has given our church a much better video experience.

[0.3 lb] We use the screen with a pocket projector. The black borders really give you the feel of being in a theater. Quick and easy setup.

[Fabric] IF you are building a green screen, it is important to do it right. Paint matters!

[DLP] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this projector on an old 120” Severtson grey screen (0.95 gain, I believe) in a very well light-controlled room. This projector really shines (pun intended), particularly with bright/colorful content. Watching Mulan in 4K was stunning. It really was like having a 120” LCD monitor on the wall! There are many options to tweak the settings to your preferences. I have few gripes with this projector. The shadow detail is slightly lacking in dark scenes.I am using max lens shift for my placement and it seems to cause some focus uniformity issues in the corners which is fairly mild. By the way, the manual controls, particularly the focus lever could use a redesign as they are clunky and difficult to make precise adjustments with. Still with such a stunning image I can easily forgive a few minor shortcomings. Tremendous overall value!

[ABS] I installed them next to my projector screen and they sound great.

[3.3 lb] I bought this white/grey case to go over my black Ultra Quiet case to make it easier to see it on the counter, etc and to have a hang clip. This silicone case fits well and does a great job of protecting the case from scratches. It also makes the earbud case anti-slip so it's easier to hold onto. It's easy to put on too. Charging can happen with the silicone on. I love it!

[4 RU] First the bad: These are not black !! They're sort of a graphite grey, so they don't match the rest of pretty much everything on the bandstand. It's a minor niggle, but also a very silly design flaw, IMO. Also, the knob that holds the foot-extender in place tends to loosen up very quickly. I'v goten in the habit of tweaking it tight each time I collapse the stands, so no biggie, but it's still a flaw. Everything else is just fantastic: Very sturdy. Taller than I expected. (the listed height is to the bottom of the speaker, not the tip of the stand. The air system works reasonable well, even with my 85 lb speakers. Even the case is great: Very heavy and nicely reinforced. Expensive, but worth it. I just wish they were black.

[Download] Purchased three rolls of this. Black on one side and grey on the other. Not sure if it even comes any other way It will be used to cover a 53 Ft by 31.5 foot stage. The wings are not covered except with some small 15 ft leftovers. The stock rolls 131' are too heavy to handle by yourself without a dollie. About 270 pounds per roll. Get 6 or 8 inch plastic pipe three to four inches longer then the 63 width on both ends to hang in holders. Thewse pipes are used to roll the cut pieces up onto. I'm making 3 carts to carry 2 rolls each. One person will then be able to move the floor pretty easily. If you take care of the floor it will last a very long time. I have another floor that is used on concrete, pavement and tile. I've had it for about 20 years. Still good. Still used. If used out doors be sure to sweep the area for small rocks - they will puncture the floor if large enough. The price at B&H was the best I could find. Shipping was reasonable but added to the cost. Shipping was reasonably fast.
